Residents and businesses along the Peninsula Bay Division pipeline alignment in Redwood City and Menlo Park should have received the following notice about why both pipeline work and restoration is stalled. Continuing Pipeline Quality Assessments
You may be wondering why the pipeline installation is not proceeding as quickly as it did in months prior. The project team is continuing pipeline inspections along the alignment. As a result, we cannot commence fencing or other restoration until this quality assessment is complete.
The weather has also held the subcontractor back from restoring fences beginning in Redwood City. Once the pipeline assessments are complete and the weather cooperates, a subcontractor will install redwood fencing along bisected properties that have active Right of Way permits.
